Playa Blanca Project Update
November 9th, 2009
The villas are moving on quickly now, we are repairing the pavements at the entrance of the villas and cleaning up the gardens.
Both basements have been plastered and we are now ready to screed the floors.
The bathrooms have been grouted and the plumber has now started to install the bathroom suites.
Carpentry and joinery – we are working on the pergolas to be fitted in each villa.
The aluminium doors and windows are currently being installed.
The electrician has started pulling through the cables for the lights and plug sockets now that we have secured the villas.
We are decorating the insides of the villas and have used a cream colour internal paint to go with the darker floor tiles and will use a beige wall colour for the second villa which has lighter cream tiles.
